Delete your Layiq account

Account deletion is completed from your signed-in Privacy settings so Layiq can verify that the request belongs to you. This public page explains the process before you sign in.

Request account deletion

  1. Open your signed-in Privacy settings.
  2. Choose Delete my account and confirm the email address shown for your account. This signed-in confirmation verifies your identity.
  3. Review the deletion deadline and confirm the request. Until that deadline, your account stays active, nothing is deleted, and you can cancel the request from the same page.

Cannot sign in?

Email support@layiq.ai from the email address associated with your account to begin an assisted request. Support will verify your identity before acting. Do not send your password, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials.
