This role will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact product features that drive value for our merchants and their customers. As a Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between business goals, technical constraints, and user needs, leading cross-functional teams to ship scalable solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
Collaborate with leadership to define the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with Extend’s mission to revolutionize the post-purchase experience.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for specific features—from initial discovery and requirement gathering (PRDs) to launch and post-launch optimization.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to deliver persona-first, data-driven solutions while navigating technical trade-offs and business goals.
Leverage user research, product analytics and A/B testing to iterate on features and advocate for the best user outcomes.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance the merchant experience and automate internal processes.
Actively engage with internal Customer Success teams to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings, providing clear direction and ensuring the team is focused on the highest-priority tasks.
Prior experience working with payment gateways, checkout flows, or insurance-tech products.
Experience building dashboards or tools specifically for SMB or Enterprise retailers.
Background in managing developer-facing products or third-party integrations.
Expected Pay Range:
$124,000 - $145,000 per year salaried*
