As we continue to scale our global platform, the Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the right fan gear is picked, packed, and delivered with precision and speed across Fanatics Commerce fulfillment operations.
The base pay rate is
$16.00 per hour. Effective August 2, 2026, all shifts will receive a $2.00 per hour (peak incentive) pay increase, bringing the new pay rate to $18.00-$19.00 per hour and WEEKLY PAY! Night shifts will receive $1.00 shift differential

-Wednesday-Saturday: 6:30am-5:00pm
-Saturday-Tuesday: 6:30am-5:00pm
-Part-Time Saturday-Sunday: 6:30am-5:00pm
-Nights Sunday-Thursday: 5:30pm-2:00am
-Part-Time Nights Sunday-Thursday: 5:30pm-10:30pm
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be at the heart of our fan experience, responsible for making sure the right gear gets to the right fans at the right time. Working within a Fanatics Fulfillment Center, you'll pick, pack, scan, receive, and ship products in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment, upholding the safety, quality, and accuracy standards that define the Fanatics experience. The Warehouse Associate delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles per day in an active warehouse environment.
Handle and move merchandise, lifting up to 25 lbs and staying active throughout your shift
Willingness and capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment or manufacturing environment across varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated passion for teamwork and a relentless drive to complete tasks correctly and efficiently.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Fluency in English reading and verbal communication is required.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including the ability to support overtime demands during peak seasons
