Order Management Manager at Fastly | LAYIQ

5+ years of experience in Order Management, Quote-to-Cash, or Deal Desk at a B2B SaaS or technology company leveraging Salesforce; ideally in a lead, or final-reviewer capacity where your sign-off carried weight
Comfortable leading through influence rather than authority. You've earned trust as the go-to person on a process, and you raise the people around you through clear perspectives, thoughtful feedback, and consistent standards
Exceptional attention to detail with a genuine commitment to data completeness, accuracy, and fidelity. You catch what others miss and understand why it matters downstream
Highly organized and process-driven. You bring structure, documentation, and a reliable operating cadence to the work around you, and others come to depend on you for it
Ability to see the big picture: you understand how your work ripples across the broader order-to-cash process and the teams downstream of it, and you surface process gaps, with a recommendation, before they become problems
We’ll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these: Working in a public company or SOX-compliant environment with audit-ready controls and documentation
Supporting data governance or master data management initiatives
Driving or co-leading process improvement and automation initiatives that measurably reduced manual work and error rates
Helping scale or build an order management or quote-to-cash process through a period of high growth, reorganization, or system migration
Work Hours: This position will require you to be available during core business hours.

San Francisco, CA
New York, NY
Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home.
