Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a ServiceNow Software Developer to join our team and support an up-tempo, creative environment for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer located in Northern VA. Our culture thrives on innovation, creative curiosity, and cognitive diversity – the candidate shall provide development and process improvement support of Sponsor's Global Infrastructure Business System (GIBS) custom application suite and other Sponsor requirements on the enterprise and non-enterprise ServiceNow platforms.
Demonstrated experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript
, HTML, and CSS.
Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience, Demonstrated experience with Flow Designer, creating catalog items, and an understanding of business rules.
Demonstrated experience in business process analysis including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements.
