What You Will Do
- Support core connectivity operations
- — help track and coordinate key workflows across carrier onboarding, pricing updates, and performance monitoring.
- SIM Management and Inventory
- — Oversee SIM ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution processes across all markets
- Escalations and Troubleshooting
- — Take ownership of issue resolution for lower-priority partner escalations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product, Support) to triage and resolve connectivity issues
- Testing and QA —
- Plan and execute SIM and feature testing across global providers. Coordinate with freelancers or BPOs to manage test execution. Track and report on test coverage, timelines, and results.
- Work with data
- — gather and analyze metrics to spot issues, identify trends, and support operational decisions.
- Improve processes
- — document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and help implement more scalable solutions.
What You Will Need
2-3 years of experience in an analytical or operational role — whether in tech, consulting, finance, or a high-paced startup.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail — you’re comfortable with spreadsheets and picking up new tools quickly (e.g. Notion, Looker, SQL, etc.).
Clear written and verbal communication — you know how to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
Proactive, hands-on mindset — you’re not afraid to dive into the weeds to get things done.
An interest in telecom, APIs, or connectivity is a plus — but curiosity and willingness to learn go even further.
