As Gong's first leadership hire in Berlin, you will take full ownership of driving net new and existing revenue growth across the DACH region specifically within our Commercial and Mid-Market segments. Building, leading, coaching and developing a team of Account Executives will be a key priority as well as owning the DACH strategy, establishing the operating standard for the market, elevating the team performance, owning the revenue number, and reporting to the Head of International CRU or Area Vice President, EMEA Corporate Revenue
