The Role
Production Scheduler owns the day-to-day and week-to-week production schedule. This role turns demand and supply plans into real, executable schedules while balancing labor, materials, inventory, quality, safety, and compliance.
You’ll be working with a high number of SKUs, changing priorities, and real-world constraints. We’re looking for someone who can think ahead, stay flexible, and roll up their sleeves when things don’t go to plan.
This role is critical to minimizing inventory risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling profitable growth. The Production Scheduler serves as the central decision-maker for production sequencing, acting as the connective tissue between Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Compliance.
In this role, you will also work with our facility in Rhode Island - it is a requirement to travel and work from Warwick, Rhode Island 1 day weekly, and includes mileage reimbursement.
