Brand Manager at GT'S Living Foods | LAYIQ

Act as a total business owner for the brand, focused on driving profitable business growth, not just brand-building activities, while balancing top-line growth with profitability.
Develop, execute, and optimize brand strategies that build brand equity, drive awareness, and foster consumer loyalty and advocacy.
Own brand positioning and messaging frameworks, ensuring clear differentiation and compelling storytelling.
Partner with the Creative team to develop breakthrough campaigns and ensure cohesive execution across all touch-points.
Manage external creative and media agency partners to keep execution consistent, on-brand, and on schedule.
Lead go-to-market and innovation launch plans that generate news and excitement for new products.
Own the end-to-end commercialization process for new products, including product placement and distribution strategy, partnering with Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations to bring launches to market on time and on budget.
Leverage syndicated data, market research, and consumer insights to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Strategic thinker who can connect brand initiatives directly to business results, not just brand-building activity for its own sake.
Consumer-first mindset, grounded in market research and insights, with genuine curiosity about what drives consumer behavior.
