Manufacturing Operations Manager - 2nd Shift at Home Market Foods | LAYIQ

High school diploma required; degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline preferred
7+ year of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (food or CPG strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success building and leading team-based organizations
Solid background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong knowledge of packaging operations and production workflows
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENT: The physical demands and work environment described below are representative of those required to perform this job's essential functions.
Regular presence in production areas, including cold, wet, humid, and noisy environments.
Ability to walk production floors, climb ladders and stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
Off-shift and weekend work may be required to support breakdowns, shutdowns, or project execution.
