Honor Foods is looking for a finance leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading high-performing teams, and improving financial operations.

If you're experienced in vendor rebates, trade spend, customer incentives, buying groups, or financial program management, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Own

• ✔ Vendor rebate programs
• ✔ Customer incentive programs
• ✔ Buying Group & GPO administration
• ✔ Revenue recovery
• ✔ Financial reporting & reconciliations
• ✔ Vendor claims & customer payouts
• ✔ Process improvement & automation
• ✔ Leadership of the Rebate & Data Control teams
• You'll Be Successful If You Have
• 5+ years in rebate, trade spend, commercial finance, revenue management, or financial operations
• Leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• A passion for improving processes and solving problems
