The Opportunity

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our production team and support operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. This position focuses on maintenance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to ensure equipment and processes run efficiently.

What you will be doing

• Maintain and optimize production equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Work closely with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives
• Share knowledge and support colleagues where needed

What we are looking for

Qualifications and experience

• Completed education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field
• Experience in product development and/or working with CAD software
• Knowledge of materials and production methods is advantageous
• Skills and behaviours
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
