What you’ll own

Your value starts before a hiring need ever reaches your desk. This isn't a queue of reqs to clear. It's a market you'll map, a talent pool you'll build proactively, a strategy you'll design from the ground up for one of Hut 8's most critical growth functions.

You'll serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner to Energy Origination leadership, translating business priorities into hiring plans, flagging market constraints early, and bringing your point of view on how to compete for niche talent in the energy, power, and infrastructure market.

Specifically:

. Build and maintain a live pipeline of specialized energy professionals: power developers, energy analysts, land and permitting specialists, and project finance professionals, through industry conferences, professional associations, and direct outreach, not just when there's an open role

• . Develop a working knowledge of the energy, power and infrastructure markets deep enough to hold credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers about the work itself
• . Own the candidate experience end-to-end, from first contact through offer, with the speed and transparency that competitive energy talent expects
