About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Manager for DevOps and DBA Engineering Manager to join the Annuities Platform team. This role is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of DevOps practices and database platform operations supporting enterprise SaaS solutions. This role owns CI/CD pipelines and SQL Server database systems to ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security across production and non-production environments.
As a Technical Manager, this position not only leads and develops a team of DevOps Engineers and Database Administrators but is also the technical SME and expected to maintain Databases and manage the deployment pipelines. This individual reports to the Director of Enterprise Technology and partners closely with the Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Product teams, and is accountable for the reliability, automation, and operational excellence of the platforms.
