Ice Miller seeks a litigation attorney to join our litigation practice group in either our Cleveland or Columbus office. Ideal candidates will have at least five (5) years of experience and a demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, develop and execute litigation strategy, and handle substantive litigation responsibilities from inception through resolution.
Candidates should possess strong litigation skills including independently drafting pleadings, managing, and responding to discovery, conducting legal research and analysis, preparing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions. Meaningful deposition and courtroom experience is strongly preferred.
