Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
About This Role
The Head of Finance is charged with overseeing the financial strategy and management of the financial organization of this indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Italfarmaco, SpA. This person serves as a strategic business partner to the President, Board, COO, and leadership team and maintains responsibility for all corporate financial functions, including accounting, AP, Order-to-cash, audit, treasury, investments, financial operations, planning & forecasting, risk management, and tax. They will also be the primary point of contact
and collaboration with ITF Group Central Finance function. The Head of Finance is a highly collaborative member of the ITF team, outward looking, strategically engaged, market sensitive and attuned to the urgency, pace and energy of the Company as it commercializes its rare disease drug.
