Specialist, Payments Operations at Justworks | LAYIQ

3+ years of experience in payments operations, banking, fintech, payroll, financial operations, or another detail-oriented operational environment.
Familiarity with payment processing or money movement; experience with ACH, wires, RTP, or similar payment methods is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to investigate issues, work through exceptions, and make thoughtful decisions.
Comfortable working with data and learning new systems and technology, including automation and AI-enabled tools.
Strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy and controls when working with financial transactions.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time-sensitive work and collaborate effectively with others.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $36.30 to $39.93 per hour.
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
