Strong experience building and scaling product teams and processes in high-growth companies.
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of working successfully with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to explain complex technical matters to business stakeholders and represent the product externally.
Proactive, positive, growth-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity and fast iteration in a scale-up environment.
Demonstrable experience and experimentation with AI across the product management lifecycle, including vibe coding internal tools and customer-facing prototypes.
