LevelTen Energy is looking for a hands on Senior AI Enablement Specialist to serve as our internal AI expert and the driving force behind how we build, secure, and scale AI across the organization. This is a technical individual contributor role — you will roll up your sleeves to build agentic workflows, implement AI governance and security best practices, train our teams on the Claude ecosystem, and identify high-impact use cases across all departments.

You'll sit within IT but operate largely independently, serving as the person employees, department heads, and the IT team itself turn to for AI guidance, troubleshooting, and capability building. If you can talk about AI but can't build with it, this role isn't the right fit.
