Position Overview
As Client Development Manager, you will help lead business development in Charlotte by building strong client relationships, generating a healthy pipeline of opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the firm. We are looking for a resourceful, passionate, and dedicated professional who takes initiative, works well across teams, and is motivated by helping a growth-oriented firm win new work.
In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with operational, marketing, and leadership teams to actively contribute to metro revenue growth by generating qualified opportunities, advancing pursuits, and helping convert relationships into awarded work. This role will also provide occasional support to nearby offices (e.g., Asheville, Greenville, and Winston-Salem), including periodic travel to strengthen regional relationships and coordination.
