NOVA Cat Clinic is looking to add a compassionate and skilled
Client Service Representative who loves to work with cats to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. As part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers by phone as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of clients for prescriptions, prescription diets, etc.
The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and is able to work independently and with a team.
NOVA Cat Clinic is the only Cat-Friendly Practice inside the beltway.
