BCBA who is passionate about helping children grow and thrive while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs and ABA staff.
• Analyze data and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Complete required clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Current
• BCBA certification.
• New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience working with children with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.
