Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. If you enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful difference, we'd love to meet you!

Whether you're an experienced RBT or have experience working with children, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and community settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track client progress.
• Work closely with families and your BCBA.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records.

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Strong communication, patience, and dependability.
• Ability to pass a background check.
