Overview
To lead all phases of building maintenance, grounds keeping, maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles and equipment.
Assumes service-oriented attitude to gain a sense of pride and accomplishment. Accepts the team approach with dedication and commitment towards all work performed. All work is to be of a high quality and performed honestly and timely.
As a member of Otterbein’s leadership team, it is expected that the Director of Maintenance Services will work with other leadership team members to provide a safe and enjoyable living and working environment for our residents and partners. The Director of Maintenance Services will support Otterbein’s Total Quality Management efforts and participate in Quality Improvement committees from time to time. As a member of the Otterbein Team, it is expected that the Director of Maintenance Services be committed to advancing health and
