Overview

Otterbein has an opening for a Refurb Technician.

The primary responsibility is to support all phases of maintenance and grounds keeping tasks throughout the Otterbein Community. This includes completing assigned jobs related to painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, moving furniture, mechanical and other general repairs. This is a full-time position, primarily Monday-Friday, with rotating emergency on-call.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains a comfortable, safe and secure environment for the residents, their families, visitors and partners.
Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
Assists with moving of residents’ furnishings as needed.
Paints residents' living quarters as needed.
