We are seeking an organized, hands-on Preventative Maintenance Lead Tech to own the health and reliability of our fleet of robotic welding systems. Sitting at the center of our fleet maintenance operations, you will build and manage the preventative maintenance (PM) schedule, ensure a 90%+ completion rate, train new Fleet Techs, and serve as the critical link between the field and Engineering.
