Position: Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide high-quality care for adults & children with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have caregiving experience and a passion for improving the lives of others.

You will ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our members in their private residences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care within members' homes
• Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, fostering a welcoming atmosphere
• Aid members in achieving their Habilitation goals
• Ensure a clean, safe environment by following health and safety guidelines
• Monitor members' well-being and promptly report any changes or concerns
• May be necessary to provide reliable transportation for activities

Qualifications:

• CPR/First Aid certification
• Article 9 certification
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must be reliable and have open availability for various shifts
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with members and families
• Preferred experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (adults and children)
