What You’ll Do:
- Empower Independence: Support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) in their daily routines and activities.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
- Promote Safety & Wellbeing: Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
- Drive a company vehicle to pick up/drop off individuals we support
- Collaborate for Impact: Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Advocate with Heart: Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.
- Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
- Who You Are: ✔ A compassionate, patient individual who finds joy in helping others.
- ✔ Reliable, observant, and committed to creating a positive impact.
- ✔ Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques, strong communication skills
- ✔ 18+ years old with a clean background, valid driver's license, clean driving record
