The Company
One in ten agents make it. We are here to change that number.
Insurance is sold, not bought. Someone has to sit across from a family and earn the yes, and by our own analysis of the funnel roughly one in ten new agents is still producing two years later. Our vision is that every family gets the coverage they need, from an insurance agent who can make a living selling it. We are building the AI-native operating system an agency runs on, so a new agent starts with knowledge that normally takes months to earn, and the owner who hired them stops absorbing the cost of every washout.
Life insurance is where we start. Every insurance line is sold the same way.
Every sales conversation is also data. We record and transcribe agents’ sales calls and turn them into actionable intelligence like coaching, predictions of how well the agent performed and how interested the lead is.
We are paid on outcomes, not seats. When an agency’s numbers move, we participate in that. Our first client engagement is live and funded.
We are fully funded and based in Buckhead, Atlanta, and both founders have built and sold companies before.
The Role
You are our Head of Product, and one of the most important hires we will make. You own product and report to Mario Montag, CEO.
The first products are live and agents are using them. Most of the operating system is still ahead of us, so the job is deciding what we build next and being right often enough that agent production moves.
What You Will Own
Product vision and strategy.
You set the product vision and roadmap, decide what gets built and in what order, and carry the product numbers in the company scorecard.
The product function, outright.
You are the product organization. As Peach Pilot grows, you build and lead the product function.
What we still have to build.
The first products are live with early users. Most of the operating system is not built yet, and almost all of it is new AI-native work rather than a tidier version of something that already exists.
Score and predict which leads are worth an agent’s next hour
Turn recorded sales calls into coaching, scoring, and insight that gets new agents productive faster
Sit on a live call and run underwriting across dozens of carriers at once
Automate customer touchpoints across the life of a policy
Predict and prevent chargebacks
Book of business, commission management, and upline dashboards
Carriers and rate data.
Underwriting rules and rate data differ at every carrier. Acquiring it, encoding it, and catching a wrong rule before an agent does is our moat and our hardest recurring problem.

You help decide which lines of business and markets come next beyond life insurance, and how the product earns its way there.
This is a startup. Lanes blur, work crosses over, and you will own outcomes that do not fit cleanly in a job description. The right person reads that as the appeal.
Who You Are
What is a must
Owned a product that carried revenue.
A product sold to external customers, where you know the customer count and the ARR or bookings you were accountable for. Internal tools alone do not count.
Built a product for people who sell for a living.
Insurance is the clearest example, any line, at a carrier, an agency, an IMO, or a company building software sold to them. Equally relevant is product for sales-led businesses: CRM, sales engagement, sales enablement, conversation or revenue intelligence, or commission and compensation tools. You understand what slows a producer down and what gets them paid.
Distribution and commission economics.
In insurance that means captive agents, independent agents, brokers, and digital channels. In other sales-led businesses it means how deals flow and how commissions are calculated. Every product decision here runs through that math.
Product inside real constraints.
A track record of delivering products that live with compliance requirements and integrate with the systems a business already runs on.
10+ years of professional experience, at least 7 of them in product, including building something from zero at a startup or a fast-growing company with a small team. You have operated without a playbook, and you have owned outcomes rather than outputs.
Business experience first.
You start from the customer's business, not the technology. You can sit across from an agency owner or a sales leader and turn their pressure into a product story they will stake their credibility on.

Agency or back-office operations.
Commission accounting, book of business management, or agency finance workflows.
Conversation or call intelligence.
Built product on recorded sales calls, or built evaluations for models scoring human conversations.
Hands-on with LLMs and GenAI applications.
Agents, evaluation, and the reality that model output is uncertain.
Genuinely technical.
You read TypeScript, write SQL, reason about an API, and work in a terminal. You will not ship production code, and engineers will respect you anyway.
Bias toward shipping.
You would rather put something in front of an agent and learn from the reaction.
Depth over dabbling.
If your GenAI work came from side projects rather than a day job, that counts, and we like builders who do this in their own time. What we want to see is real depth: months of sustained work and something built end to end.
Nice to have
Shipped product against carrier rate or underwriting data.
Worked with coding agents as your implementation team.
Carried a product through an expansion into a new line of business.
