Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Site Manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) division at our Miami Headquarters. This key leadership role is fully responsible for driving the financial results, overall business strategy, and digital performance of our assigned e-commerce website(s).The ideal candidate will act as a high-level cross-functional partner—collaborating closely with buying, planning, brand marketing, and web design teams—to deliver robust sales and gross margin growth.
