Education: 4-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated digital marketing experience, with proven expertise in CRM, email marketing execution, and loyalty program management.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs), Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Email Service Providers (ESPs like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Attentive, or similar), SMS platforms, and Loyalty software tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated history of evaluating campaign KPIs, conducting A/B testing, and translating customer data into actionable growth strategies.
Personal Attributes: Strategic & Self-Motivated: Proactive leader capable of prioritizing multiple projects independently and executing high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Exacting Attention to Detail: High standard of accuracy regarding data segmentation, campaign link testing, compliance, and project timelines.
Strong Communicator & Collaborator: Excellent communication skills, capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional partners, internal leaders, and external vendors.
