Who We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Technical Writer to develop compelling proposal content that supports Quantum Space's growth across national security, civil, and commercial space markets. In this role, you will lead proposal messaging, content strategy, narrative development, and win theme creation while collaborating closely with capture managers, engineers, program managers, subject matter experts, and executive leadership teams.
You will play a critical role in helping Quantum Space win highly competitive opportunities by translating complex technical solutions into persuasive, customer-focused proposal content. This position is ideal for a skilled communicator who combines strong proposal development expertise with the ability to understand technical concepts, extract key insights from experts, and craft compelling narratives that clearly communicate customer value and mission impact.
