As Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will drive the end-to-end commercial strategy and execution for our novel innovation pipeline across biotics categories. Bridging breakthrough microbiome science with consumer-facing storytelling, you will lead high-impact launches, uncover growth opportunities, and translate complex technical innovations into market-leading brand experiences that advance human and planetary health.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and champion innovation pipelines across multiple biotics categories, prioritizing high-impact product launches that push boundaries.
• Own the commercialization journey end-to-end—from initial concept and positioning to packaging, merchandising, consumer validation, and GTM execution.
• Build data-driven business cases that pinpoint category whitespace, establish strategic pricing, and drive sharp forecast modeling.
• Partner closely with Innovation and R&D to translate breakthrough science and complex technical features into compelling, accessible storytelling.
• Craft bold product positioning, claims, and messaging alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring total alignment with our brand ethos.
• Guide core brand messaging to deliver a seamless, elevated consumer experience across all touchpoints.
• Provide strategic vision for marketing and channel leads across GTM rollouts and lifecycle management to guarantee market impact.
• Analyze market and competitive dynamics to uncover emerging trends and turn them into major growth opportunities.
• Who You Are: You bring 8+ years of B2C product marketing and brand management experience in VMS, nutraceuticals, or specialty ingredients, backed by proven retail execution. (Probiotic or international expansion experience is a huge plus!)
• You are a true builder and innovator who naturally takes big swings, thinks outside traditional playbooks, and thrives in dynamic environments.
• You are obsessed with the intersection of science, culture, and consumer behavior—driven by a relentless passion to uncover the single product truth that breaks through category noise.
• You pair sharp strategic instincts with data mastery—confident in managing budgets, pricing, forecasting, and diving deep into performance analytics.
