Performance Management is one of the most important ways SoFi reinforces its culture, develops talent, and drives business results.
We're looking for a Principal Program Manager to own the strategy, design, and evolution of SoFi's enterprise Performance Management programs. This role will serve as the company's subject matter expert and thought partner for performance management, partnering closely with senior People leaders to ensure our programs enable a high-performing, growth-oriented culture.
This is more than program management; you'll continuously improve the employee and manager experience, influence enterprise talent strategy, and ensure our performance programs evolve alongside the needs of the business.
This role will shape how employees receive feedback, grow their careers, and contribute to the company's success—ensuring our approach to performance continues to evolve alongside the business and reinforces the high-performance culture that defines SoFi.
10+ years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Consulting, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated success designing and leading enterprise performance management programs in a complex organization.
Strong expertise in organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent strategy.
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders.
Exceptional consulting, communication, facilitation, and influence skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to improve program outcomes.
Experience partnering with Compensation, HR Technology, and HR Business Partners to deliver enterprise talent solutions.
