Position Overview:
Solid Power is seeking a 1st Shift Production Operator to join our talented team working to revolutionize the battery industry through the development of next-generation
, all solid-state rechargeable batteries. Solid Power is a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative team environment. This position will work closely with production operators, technicians, and engineers to help set up, operate
, and manage equipment used in electrode fabrication and battery cell assembly operations.
Job Duties:
Operate automated and semi-automated machinery.
Follow detailed instructions, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
Setup, operate, and maintain specialized production equipment including calenders, stamping dies, ultrasonic welders, and other industry specific automated equipment.
