The SPLC is seeking a Regional Manager, Community Organizer who is passionate about social justice!
The Regional Manager, Community Organizer will lead the Alabama State Office's outreach, organizing, and capacity building efforts in the Southern region of Alabama, with a priority focus on rural communities. The Regional Manager, Community Organizer will work closely with Organizers to engage with the community to understand their priority needs and manage outreach efforts to build capacity in identified focus areas.
The Regional Manager helps to translate the organization's annual work plan into effective field tactics and issue-based campaigns, aligned with SPLC's focus pillars. This position will work from Alabama 100% of the time and will cover South Alabama.
