Lead Software Engineer (.NET/C# - AI Integration Focused) at Spot Inc. | LAYIQ

Integrate a variety of business workflows with AI services, using a fully programmatic approach.
Leverage the .NET ecosystem to achieve a performant, stable experience for our users.
Engineer efficient solutions and investigate questions around application performance and behavior.
Utilize source control in a collaborative environment to contribute code and to participate in code reviews.
Communicate effectively and often as barriers arise and as ideas surface.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
Required Qualifications: Four-year degree in CS or related field, or similar, relevant technical experience.
5+ years of professional .NET/C# experience/exposure.
Expertise in building agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems
Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
Experience and interest in leveraging AI/LLM solutions for business goals.
Familiarity with Git and collaborative source control concepts.
Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
Strong conversational skills – persuasiveness, confidence, resilience.
Collaborative spirit, passion, self-motivation.
Organization and attention to detail.
