The Role
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our College Pads team in Hyderabad, India.
This is not a typical design role. It’s a role with ownership, real impact and high visibility. You will be initially optimising the current College Pads platform and in the future transition to working on a AI first new platform. You’ll partmer closely with Product and Engineering to experiment to learn fast, and iterate optimising user journeys for outstanding user experience and lead conversion.
You’ll take ownership of high-impact product design challenges, shaping lead-based user journeys and complex operational systems into intuitive, accessible experiences used by students and administrators around the world.
