Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, implement, test, and troubleshoot scoped ServiceNow applications.
- Build and enhance Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other platform functionality based on customer and business requirements.
- Create and maintain import sets, transform maps, data sources, reports, dashboards, and scheduled reports.
- Support integrations using REST APIs and other standard ServiceNow integration methods.
