About the role

At TheFork, our Top Chef team partners with some of the most prestigious restaurants in Spain, including Michelin-starred and fine dining venues.

As a Top Chef Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term strategic relationships with a portfolio of premium restaurants, helping them maximize the value of TheFork ecosystem while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is not a traditional Account Management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, navigating sophisticated customer needs and becoming a trusted advisor for some of the most demanding hospitality businesses.

What you will do:

• Manage a portfolio of Michelin-starred and premium restaurants across Spain.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, restaurant managers and decision makers.
• Drive adoption of TheFork products and functionalities to maximize customer success.
• Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and revenue growth.
• Reduce churn by proactively identifying risks and delivering tailored action plans.
• Become the main point of contact for operational, commercial and product-related topics.
• Coordinate with Product, Support, Operations and Sales teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Analyze customer performance and recommend strategies to improve bookings, revenue and visibility.
• Lead regular business reviews with strategic customers.
• Share customer insights internally to influence product improvements and commercial initiatives.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high operational excellence.

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications:

C2 level of Spanish and fluent English

Prior experience in SaaS, Hospitality, Technology, or Marketplace environments is highly valued.

3+ years in Customer Success or Key Account Management, with proven experience managing strategic or enterprise customers.

Commercial mindset focused on growth opportunities, combined with strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.

Collaborative team player.

Strong problem-solving mindset with high ownership, accountability, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder influence skills, with the confidence to navigate challenging conversations.

Valid driver's license
