Inside Sales Representative at Triumvirate Environmental | LAYIQ

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related experience, with exposure to consultative selling (through training, coursework, or hands-on experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and structured prospecting cadences
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Excellent active listening skills and ability to identify customer needs and pain points
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent follow-up
Self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop rapport quickly with prospects and colleagues
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Leadership experience or demonstrated willingness to mentor and support peers is a plus
Familiarity with RCRA, DOT, and OSHA regulations is a plus
