About the Role
Customer Support Specialist III is a key contributor to our operations division. The primary responsibility is to ensure that customer shipments are delivered on time, provide daily interaction and develop relationships with customers and carriers. This position will work at our office in Memphis.
The training will be onsite Monday-Friday for the first 90 days. After training, a hybrid schedule is available.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Process shipment entries and actively lead timely performance/automation objectives
- Maintain consistent and professional communications; effective, prompt and courteous communications with respect to difficult situations, relaying service failures, etc.
