About the Role
The Principal Strategic Customer Success Partner is responsible for actively managing & expanding a book of assigned accounts within the Transportation Management division. This includes visiting with clients on a regular basis (as needed), owning & setting account strategy, and partnering with operations personnel to meet strategic and tactical continuous improvement initiatives.
This person is responsible for project management, account growth & expansion, and the utilization of the client engagement playbook to design & execute an account plan.
You will work very closely with a major Manufacturing-based enterprise TM customer (with the potential for additional enterprise TM customers to be added to scope). You will integrate heavily into the customer's network to drive key contractual commitments and ensure the measurable value Uber Freight provides is highlighted. This role offers strong leadership support, exposure to a diverse group of internal/external stakeholders, and the opportunity to travel to customer sites for deep-dive supply chain insights and savings ideation.
