Post Conviction
Relief Attorney position within a premier law firm with lots of room for growth. This is an opportunity for a dedicated Associate Attorney to gain valuable experience in both criminal and immigration law and further their career with an established firm in the San Jose area. As the Post Conviction Relief Attorney, you will report to the Supervising Attorney. We’re looking to add an attorney with previous litigation and/or appellate experience to join our team and handle post-conviction relief.
The Post Conviction Relief Attorney will manage their caseload, as well as client interaction, and can collaborate with our wonderful Post Conviction Relief Team of Attorneys and legal assistants.
