We are seeking a Business Supervisor to support an exciting account.
This role is hybrid and requires 4 days a week in our Brooklyn office, with 1 day remote.
Position Summary
The Business Supervisor (BS) is the day-to-day client partnership lead, responsible for managing client communication, translating business needs into actionable direction, and ensuring clarity across internal teams. Serving as the critical connection point between Business Leadership and Program Management, the Business Supervisor helps create exceptional client experiences while enabling efficient delivery.
