Overview of the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Upshop, you will help translate our products, market expertise, and customer value into compelling stories, content, and enablement that drive growth. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success.
You will develop positioning and messaging, support go-to-market initiatives, build sales and product enablement programs, and ensure customer-facing teams have the knowledge and content they need to confidently position Upshop's solutions. You will also help manage and scale our product marketing and enablement content ecosystem, ensuring teams can easily find, understand, and use the right content throughout the customer journey.
