Compass is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Director of Research to join our team in South Florida. The role is critical in providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making for our owner/developer clients, leadership, and project management teams.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep knowledge of the South Florida Market, strong analytical skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to manage an Analyst - helping to transform raw data from a variety of sources into actionable research for our stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Establishing a Strong Point of View
Possess a deep understanding of real estate submarkets in Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties
Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and analyze data from various public and private sources, including listing feeds, Department of Buildings, Department of Finance, industry publications, other internal data sets, and phone calls to competitive buildings.
