, part of Compass International Holdings, is seeking a Vice President of Brokerage Services to lead the recruiting, retention, and professional development of real estate agents across assigned office locations. This role implements company-wide brokerage initiatives at the local level and ensures consistent execution of systems, training, culture, technology adoption, and operational standards as defined by the EVP of Brokerage Services and senior leadership.
The VP acts as the primary leader of the local office(s), builds a strong culture of performance, and collaborates across departments to improve the agent experience, increase productivity, and strengthen retention.
