The Prosigna Sales Training Manager is responsible for executing the annual training plan and strategy. The Sales Training Manager assists in the development and is accountable for updating and executing it throughout the year. Key responsibilities include successful onboarding of new sales representatives through a comprehensive onboarding/training process and annual advanced training for more tenured sales representatives.
The Sales Training Manager will work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and other Veracyte personnel to plan, create and execute training workshops at sales meetings and quarterly online training throughout the year to meet strategic commercial and brand objectives. The Sales Training Manager embodies our values by fostering collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and a commitment to excellence while helping teams confidently navigate a dynamic healthcare environment.

Evaluates sales rep performance during training and provides feedback to the Regional Sales Directors (RSD) and key stakeholders.

Sales Experience: Proven track record of sales territory management including consistent performance
Technical and functional computer skills: Fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and Salesforce.
Strong project management skills: ability to create and maintain a clear plan of action, prioritize and manage multiple projects and consistently meet pre-aligned timelines and milestones.
Strong time management skills: Effectively managing one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently. Has attention to detail.
Collaborative team player, works cooperatively with others to help the team achieve its goals, proactively reaches out to partners, communicates and aligns on goals, priorities and roles & responsibilities, follows up and courageously communicates and triages issues as they arise.
Strategic agility: a continuous learner with strong curiosity. Able to reduce complex problems into relevant components, synthesize information and feedback to develop a cohesive and practical solution. Able to identify assumptions, risks, and changing variables flexing the plan based on changing conditions. Understands and communicates broader implications while focused on specific and discreet deliverables.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies, for both onsite and virtual trainings.
Ability to travel 15-25% of the time – dependent on the needs of in person training
Pay range
$130,000 — $148,000 USD
