Product Manager, Corporate Technology

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Product Manager, Corporate Technology who is passionate about solving business problems through technology and driving measurable organizational outcomes. This role will own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle management of corporate technology products and platforms that support employees and business operations across the enterprise.

The Product Manager will serve as the primary bridge between Corporate Technology and business stakeholders, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, Customer Support, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and IT. The role's primary responsibility will be defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for the company's ERP ecosystem, centered on Oracle Fusion, while also supporting broader Corporate Technology initiatives.

This role will work closely with Corporate Technology development and support teams to define priorities, manage competing demands, and ensure technology investments are aligned with business objectives. While all Corporate Technology platforms are within scope, the primary focus of this role will be ownership of the ERP product portfolio, including Oracle Fusion, associated business processes, integrations, reporting capabilities, and related technology investments.

The Product Manager will also identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business processes, decision-making, employee productivity, and operational efficiency. This position may provide guidance and leadership to product management employees and contractors while helping mature product management practices across the function.

What You'll Do

• Drive Business Discovery & Strategy
• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges, opportunities, and operational needs.
• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions, process reviews, and data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, automation capabilities, and AI-driven opportunities that can improve business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and analytics capabilities to enhance business processes, improve employee experiences, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Develop business cases and product strategies for AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, governance requirements, and operational needs.
• Own the Corporate Technology Roadmap
• Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for Corporate Technology products and platforms, with primary ownership of the Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem and other enterprise-wide accounting and finance systems.
• Balance business value, operational efficiency, resource capacity, risk, and technical feasibility when making prioritization decisions.
• Define product objectives, success metrics, and expected business outcomes.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Incorporate AI, automation, and intelligent workflow capabilities into product roadmaps where they create measurable business value and improve operational effectiveness.
• Partner with Technology Teams
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Technology development and support teams to deliver roadmap initiatives.
• Provide clear requirements, business context, and priorities for delivery teams.
• Participate in planning, prioritization, and release activities.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs while maintaining operational stability and supportability.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, data, security, and business teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement AI-enabled solutions responsibly and effectively.
• Lead Through Influence
• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap decisions, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
• Manage and mentor a small number of product management employees and contractors as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Required
• 5+ years of product management, business systems, enterprise applications, or related experience.
• Experience managing ERP platforms and enterprise business applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or a similar enterprise ERP solution.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps and prioritizing competing demands.
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise technology solutions in regulated environments, including collaboration with Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure adherence to SOX, governance, security, and internal control requirements.
• Strong understanding of business processes across corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Customer Support, Operations, or IT.
• Experience working closely with software development, engineering, and support teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI, automation, and data-driven capabilities to improve business processes, employee productivity, decision-making, and operational outcomes.
• Understanding of AI governance, data management, privacy, security, and risk considerations associated with enterprise AI solutions.
• Preferred
• Deep experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, including financials, procurement, reporting, integrations, and related business processes.
• Experience with HRIS, ITSM, workflow automation, middleware, enterprise reporting, and adjacent corporate technology platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product management frameworks.
• Experience with platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft Power Platform, SAP, or similar technologies.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or managing enterprise AI platforms and capabilities, including generative AI, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, copilots, or predictive analytics solutions.
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
